“A Year of Renewal: Embracing Change, Redefining Dreams, and Finding Joy”

This past year, I’ve taken a step back—a much-needed vacation for my soul. I allowed myself the time to reflect, heal, and breathe after a whirlwind chapter that culminated at the end of 2023. After finalizing a lengthy divorce, I found myself standing at a crossroads, starting anew. I had to come to terms with the closure of a path I’d been on for nearly two decades. I bid farewell to the last traces of that wide-eyed, hopeful, yet hesitant young woman I once was.

During this pause, I took time away from my business—a deliberate decision to create the space I needed to reimagine what my dreams might look like from this new vantage point. In the process, I’ve been restoring my faith in what’s possible, learning to set boundaries, embracing radical self-love, and, perhaps most importantly, appreciating that it’s okay to simply pause and be soft with myself.

The society we live in often tells us we need to constantly hustle, stay visible on social media, and gather hundreds of thousands of followers to be considered successful. But you know what? That narrative doesn’t resonate with me anymore. It may work for some, but it no longer fits who I am or where I am going.

What I’ve come to realize in this season of stillness is that energy is a precious resource—perhaps even more precious than time. Without the vibrational energy that fuels our dreams, success remains a distant dream. What truly matters is understanding what we want and having the courage to redefine those dreams as often as needed. It’s about continuously aligning with what lights you up, and trusting that in doing so, you’ll attract the life you desire.

I’ve learned that the closer I am to the things that bring me joy, the more momentum I gain toward the life I want. The more I lean into happiness and embrace what excites me, the more abundance flows my way—whether that’s in the form of income, energy, or a deep sense of peace. It’s funny, really: the journey is the destination. I’ve fallen in love with this precious, unpredictable life. I am proud of the woman I am today and the one I am becoming. And yes, I’ve finally learned to love and forgive all the past versions of myself that got me here.

So, what does this mean moving forward? You can expect some exciting changes in my business and content in the coming year. I’m diligently creating more accessible spaces for clients—especially those who are starting from scratch, feeling lost, or doubting whether change is even possible. I’ll still be taking on a select few one-on-one clients, but I’m also expanding to include group spaces where we can connect, collaborate, and uplift each other in community.

I invite you to join me on this journey. Let’s raise the vibration of this universe together, one step, one thought, and one choice at a time. Life is too short to live in fear, doubt, or anything less than pure joy. Here’s to rewriting our stories and embracing the beautiful, winding paths that lead us to who we’re meant to be.
